Landsbrukshoteller i Lanzarote

«We have stayed at Nautilus a number of times since 2017, but unfortunately this time we experienced the front desk staff, a man and someone who called themselves the front desk manager, as arrogant and with a behavior that is unparalleled in lacking customer service. Their actions and behavior provoked us guests to such an extent that it provoked great frustration among us guests. The whole thing was a regrettable experience that ruined the first part of the holiday. We came into contact with ...

«Ren leilighet. Ok senger. Hyggelig persjonale. Ok wifi i stua.

God beliggenhet i Arrecife sentrum.»

«Fantastisk hotel og service fra personalet, passet oss perfekt for 1 uke avslapning med god mat og drikke.»

«Very clean rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Lovely ladies that cleaned and kept everything nice. Close to beaches, shopping and adventures. »

«We love this unique hotel run by Jose Antonio. The entire staff is so wonderful! It’s our third year staying here. They offer a daily breakfast. Each room is uniquely designed. We were a little disappointed that our AC didn’t work properly and smelled of mold. There are additions being made to the hotel and we are excited to see the new rooms and pool. Well be back again next year!»

«Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally helpful staff! Nothing was too much trouble and the bbq was excellent! They made such a special effort for my vegetarian daughter too! We’ll definitely be back»

«Todo muy bien , correcto»

«I had high hopes for this hotel paying over 300 eur per night. Sadly this was not worth the money. The room had a lot of water damage which we later would understand why. It was not very fun waking up to a wet floor and wet suitcases due to water leaking through the windows, balcony door and roof. The staff was apologetic but we were not offered a new room or reduction in price. Only a free lunch. The water kept dripping from the bathroom roof the rest of the stay soaking the floor repeatedly. ...

«Stor god lelighet, tilstrekkelig renhold. Elendig internettløsning - svært ustabil. Synes ikk det er rinelig at man skal for å se TV (utenom noen uaktuelle kanaler)»
