"I had high hopes for this hotel paying over 300 eur per night. Sadly this was not worth the money. The room had a lot of water damage which we later would understand why. It was not very fun waking up to a wet floor and wet suitcases due to water leaking through the windows, balcony door and roof. The staff was apologetic but we were not offered a new room or reduction in price. Only a free lunch. The water kept dripping from the bathroom roof the rest of the stay soaking the floor repeatedly. There was also a lot of noise from the hall. It sounded like people were in our room even if they were three stories down. I think we were unlucky with the location of the room, and other rooms might be quieter. But it didn’t help the overall experience. The air conditioning was also loud and could not be on during the night making the room extremely humid. The positive: good location for beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nice pool area and spa available at the hotel. Overall it felt way too expensive compared to the product they offer. If I come back to Lanzarote I will be staying somewhere else. "

Frokosten har vi alltid vært imponert over - også denne gang med hyggelig og effektivt frokostpersonale. Håndklærne skiftes nesten for ofte. Adkomst fra flyplassen ble gjort med offentlig buss, avreisen med ganske rimelig taxi."
