«Casa Lia is in a great location in La Santa, allowing easy access to the ship, restaurants and cafes. I would recommend the Bike Stop. The food was wonderful and Angelo makes you feel so welcome. It is just at the end of the street. Casa Lia is as described and host is very welcoming, even bringing us beach towels within 15 mins of requesting them. The welcome you receive make you ou feel like a special visitor. »

«This is a unique place to stay, large, comfortable and well-equipped. The very ensuite bathroom might not suit everyone, as it's a screened off part of the bedroom, though spacious and has a very good shower. It's mostly very quiet here, though might not be if guests sharing the courtyard are not quiet. There are no restaurants or shops with easy walking distance, but the roads are mostly good and seem to be liked by cyclists. »

«The young man who owns the house was very helpful, although communication was difficult, due to his lack of English speaking skills, so initially the pick up was a little unclear and this meant it took a few days to get the hot tub working. "I had high hopes for this hotel paying over 300 eur per night. Sadly this was not worth the money. The room had a lot of water damage which we later would understand why. It was not very fun waking up to a wet floor and wet suitcases due to water leaking through the windows, balcony door and roof. The staff was apologetic but we were not offered a new room or reduction in price. Only a free lunch. The water kept dripping from the bathroom roof the rest of the stay soaking the floor repeatedly. There was also a lot of noise from the hall. It sounded like people were in our room even if they were three stories down. I think we were unlucky with the location of the room, and other rooms might be quieter. But it didn’t help the overall experience. The air conditioning was also loud and could not be on during the night making the room extremely humid. The positive: good location for beach and restaurants. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nice pool area and spa available at the hotel. Overall it felt way too expensive compared to the product they offer. If I come back to Lanzarote I will be staying somewhere else. "

"Nytt vellykket opphold her. Anlegget er flott, både innendørs (bl.a."regnskogen") og ute med mange oppholdsplasser og småpooler. Frokosten har vi alltid vært imponert over - også denne gang med hyggelig og effektivt frokostpersonale. Håndklærne skiftes nesten for ofte. Adkomst fra flyplassen ble gjort med offentlig buss, avreisen med ganske rimelig taxi."
