«The staff were amazing and very accommodating! From the rooms down to the landscaping, everything was clean and tidy. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy. Everything you need and want for a resort. We booked two different resorts so we could compare, and just arrived to the second resort “Majestic Elegance” and are already wanting to go back to Villa Palmar. 😑»

«I truly can’t put into words how incredible this place is. Of course it was absolutely beautiful with amazing food, but it was the staff that set it above all others. Everybody was caring and attentive from the moment we checked in. Our room was always freshened up (we loved the turn down service) and were always greeted with a smile and hand on heart. A huge shout out to the entire entertainment team who kept my friends and I laughing and vibing the entire time, rain or shine, day and night! ...

«The pool, outdoor area and the restaurant on the dock was amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked a standard room, which didn’t have any view and we had to have the curtains closed because of guest walking by. But it looked like the other rooms had beautiful views, so I would recommend upgrading if you have the budget for it.»
