«We recently had a magical family stay at the SLS Cancun All-Inclusive Resort, and it was fantastic. Traveling with my wife, our toddler, and our baby, we were looking for a place that offered luxury but was also family-friendly. So I booked the resort privilege suite ocean view.
I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in.
That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. With a partial ocean view.disappointed honestly but the overall stay was made so comfortable by the staff and resort was so new and clean and beach was so clean an amazing that we really forgot about the check in hiccups.
