«So disappointing to find out that the shuttle was completely useless to us. They only drop off to some locations some times. There is definitely a lack of communication on that. «Exceeded my expectations heavily as I’d never been to New York before. From the jump the staff was so welcoming and accommodating in all ways. Best customer service I’ve received at any hotel. Especially Mikey who was very welcoming and friendly. If I come back to queens I’m coming back to this hotel. Room was great but customer service just blew it out the park.»

«The cleaning staff were amazing, the air conditioning was great. There are plenty of fast food places close by and a target to shop for necessities. The front desk clerks were there often communicating wasn’t the best but overall it was a good experience the bed itself seems to be not so clean as well as the pillows the view is amazing though.»

«1) I could not sleep all night due to non stop noice outside. If you have a room on road then have better and sound proof windows
2) the AC in room is so old and do bad , when it’s on it sound like a train going on
3)Room key doesn’t work all the time
Not sure why Expedia is always huge the worst room of every hotel. I have been such an ill customer of Expedia but my experiences have been getting worse and worse
