«Disappointing and heart breaking! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated with great views but filthy. The carpets were disgusting and stained, the walls dirty, the bathroom had mold, the washer was disgusting. A closet door was broken. It was sad to stay in nice place with potential, a good deep cleaning can turn it around. The facilities were ok, the pool and seating areas needed some up keeping. It had great views, parking was easy, however I will never stay there again as the the place ...

«Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. «Yes, it only missed the kitchen towels and facial tissues in the room. We asked for a comforter and a bathroom curtain replacement, and they responded the same day to our request. However, if the unit above was rented, then you'll hear their footsteps, especially if they have kids. The pool is 3 minutes walk, and the supermarket is 30 minutes walk. It was a nice stay after all. They could've done a better cleaning job through.»

«We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon, ...
