"Fint og koselig hotell. Ligger i gangavstand til veldig mye og med trikken like ved var det lett å komme seg rundt. Det var god mat og hyggelig betjening. "

"My stay at the Samuel was very good! Check in and out was convenient, the bathroom was nice and the bed. Its rare that I manage to sleep well when I am out, but the pillows were so nice. Since the hotel was so modern, there were no real reasons to interact with the staff, however when I was coming back one of the days I managed to cut myself, I was in so much pain that I mustered courage to ask the hotel for 2 bandaids. One of the interns with the pretty eye makeup, unfortunately I didn't quite catch her name, she helped me out. Asked if I could wait and she will check with her supervisor. She came back with 2 bandaids and a sanitizing wipe. I was pain-free the rest of my stay! On the day of checkout she was working again and I was happy I could express my gratitude for her help. I wanted to roam abit before going to airport, and she was more than happy to receive my luggage. When I got back she saw me and helped me instantly. If you see this, just wanted to write thank you so much again. Definitely improved my stay."
