«I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside ...

«I ordered a trip for my daughter and me, and on the very day of the trip I received a message saying that they could not honour our visit. That resulted in me having to secure a much more expensive hotel room. They also refused to refund the trip, which resulted in the trip being really expensive. They did not give a reason for why they could not honour our trip, I believe it was because my daughter is not yet 18. They do not say anything about this in the rules and restrictions as other hotels ...

«I loved my stay. Although in the suburbs the buses run frequently from the end of the road so you're into the city centre in no time.
My accommodation was perfect. Roomy, clean, all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A small supermarket was 5 minutes away at the end of the road along with a few other shops including pharmacy.
Location- great if you want to be close but not in the city centre.
Staff- very friendly and helpful.
Suite- clean and well equipped. Wifi was reliable. ...

«Stay away from this area! This is one of the worst streets in Dublin in terms of crime, drug use, robberies and violence. Paying extra for a proper hotel in a better area is more valuable than not being able to enjoy your area in the evenings.»
