«I ordered a trip for my daughter and me, and on the very day of the trip I received a message saying that they could not honour our visit. That resulted in me having to secure a much more expensive hotel room. They also refused to refund the trip, which resulted in the trip being really expensive. They did not give a reason for why they could not honour our trip, I believe it was because my daughter is not yet 18. They do not say anything about this in the rules and restrictions as other hotels ...

«The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you.
This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up ...

«Shower head was broke. Which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the shower because how can you rinse it without a shower head? Shower is clogged and does not drain. Even after having it fixed it still did not drain. Could not get extra towels. Walls look disgusting and things were not cleaned well. Room smelled like sweat. No extra toilet paper in room. No fan or A/C. Also had to wait until the next day for the shower to get fixed so could not shower before bed and had to wait 24 hours to do ...
