«I found communication a bit slow and posted information on reception desk hours contradictory. I worked out--reception desk was open past 5pm for my 7:15 arrival but I was stressed the whole way from the airport and St George's Quay on foot that I would not make it. I tried to call but using the information presented me could not connect via my USA iPhone. Probably something stupid I was doing but perhaps look at that information and see if it is the best information for travelers from outside ...

«I ordered a trip for my daughter and me, and on the very day of the trip I received a message saying that they could not honour our visit. That resulted in me having to secure a much more expensive hotel room. They also refused to refund the trip, which resulted in the trip being really expensive. They did not give a reason for why they could not honour our trip, I believe it was because my daughter is not yet 18. They do not say anything about this in the rules and restrictions as other hotels ...

«It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer. It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre. The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. «We had a good stay. The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was very comfortable. Unfortunately the pans in the kitchen were very damaged, so we opted not to use them. A shame since we booked an apartment to be able to cook. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a very big issue.»
