«Difficult system for check in codes and lock system on door.
A lot of ants.
Main gate was closed by error for many hours so had to climb over to get in and out.
Late check in (4 pm) and early check out policy (11 pm) is stressful
TV control was not working
Septic tank truck gives a bad impression when checking in.
Nice area close to Calle Ocho and Little Havana.

«Very nice little apartment in a quiet residential area close to the more touristy Calle Ocho. Very comfy bed and good choice of TV channels. Loved the little pool and spa.
Not much on the downside, but the AC was noisy and there are quite a lot of codes to keep track of (entrance gate, main door, apartment door …). Neighborhood is a little so-so, but did not feel unsafe. »

«Always available if needed help, Nice and convenient less than 1 block from Little Havana. The bed needs to be replaced, as the mattress isn’t the best. The stay was great for what we needed.»
