Cockroach Creek Greenway

This was my second time staying at The Inn on Third, and it was as excellent as my first trip. Staying here is like staying in a friend's home. Sure, the rooms are on the small side and the tv in the rooms are also small, but there's a continental breakfast in the morning and an evening social from 5 to 7 pm each night, with your first beer or glass of wine on the house - and others beyond that only $2 each. Brian and Stephanie make everyone feel right at home, and it's terrific to sit in the lobby area (more like a living room) and talk with other guests. Both times I was there to see my White Sox play the Rays at Tropicana Field, and it's a straight 25-minute walk to the stadium - with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops along the way. Love this place - and can also highly recommend the Voodoo Brewing Company right around the corner; it's also staffed with incredibly friendly folks, has an excellent selection of beers, and has a menu of beyond-bar-food.

We came 2pm and had to wait for the room or pay for «early» check in. Not possible to buy any food and coffe shop closed 2pm. No service by the pool, shower not working. No customer focus. How difficult can it be:-( advise parking 2 blocks down, 1/3 of the price..
