«Poor customer service after traveling all day, I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk, as the gentlemen was trying to work out schedules. I understood, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged...even a nod. He waited 8 mins before putting the person on hold. The room was sketchy, and loud. Free breakfast was indicated, but it wasn't free ($24+) and they didn't rectify it. I even went to front desk the first morning to ask where to go and was just told outside and to the left.
