«The view was stunning ! The staff were so friendly. The food was pretty good. The room was not clean at all. I used an entire pack of baby wipes to clean the floor. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there appeared to be dirty / unfolded bedding on the entry shelf.»

«We enjoyed our stay here at the Wild Rose Inn for 2 nights and our room was just perfect and clean! The view was super at the back with beautiful landscape and the chickens roaming around! In the front you have the golf course view which was also nice! Breakfast is included and it is simple but does the job and great coffee! This was just perfect for our 2 night stay😊»

«We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Wallis suite. The TV choices were a bit limited as there was no cable TV and the World Cup was on. LOL It would have been nice if a free continental breakfast had been included or at least one free breakfast in the restaurant since it was a minimum two-night stay. Otherwise, it was very clean and we had a beautiful view. We were grateful for the minifridge and the tea, coffee, water and milk and creamers. We would definitely stay here again!»

«The Inn is quaint and has so much history, but it is need of some TLC and updating. The gardens and front entrance needs weeding and trimming. There is no elevator and the stairs have carpeting that is worn through. Our bathroom had an old, deep Jacuzzi tub with a wooden step to get in it. There was no bath matt which made it very slippery. It was almost impossible to get out of. We used it only one day if our two night stay. There was no storage in the bathroom - just a bench and pedestal ...

«The location is prime, practically next door to the Avon Theater. Our room was large with a beautiful updated bathroom… a good elevator which is nice for an older Victorian building and not always the case. The restaurant is quaint and had a nice choice for their breakfast/brunch menu and it was well prepared. I would recommend this place.»

«Impossible to justify this flop house as a motel!!! Staff need hotelier training. The owner is turning rooms into monthly cheap rents for "locals". There is no breakfast provided which is strange considering there is a dining room - and the "owners" run a fish and chip restaurant at this location. It was a lovely old quaint hotel close to a beach. At least it used to be clean. Bedding was well used and not spotless - no mattress cover in one case. It's finished as a motel.»
