«A home away from home…I could live there awhile! The space was so cozy, clean, and close to everything…if you have a car and want a neighborly vibe. Even without a car, you can walk to downtown and a plethora of nature trails fairly easily. There was attention to details, with amenities you would never find at a hotel: treat basket, recommendations for around the city, good coffee, all the cooking basics, bubble bath and spare toiletries, slippers, and even your own laundry if needed! «the check-in and check out process were super smooth. The location was exactly what we were looking for, in a quiet residential neighborhood a bit outside of whitehorse and on the road to the Yukon animal preserve. The host were very helpful when we we got in trouble with locking ourselves out of the bathroom.»

«If I had to be picky: unfortunate they didn't include a dishwasher during the build. Would have been nice to have more cooking utensils, pans/pots; there was enough for me to get by cooking almost every meal for a week, but the options would be nice. Ultimately, I was very happy with the place. Easy to get to, lots of parking, barely heard the owners upstairs. Will stay again if it's available next time I'm in town.»

«The big problem with the property on our second stay (no problems on our first stay) was that the ground floor bedroom had bedbugs. We sustained a lot of bites and had to leave a personal pillow, foam piece and bedtopper behind to make sure we didn't take the bedbugs home. There were no bedbugs on our first stay 5 days before our second stay. We were in the same unit and in the same bedroom. The rest of our family was in the upstairs bedrooms and had no problems.»

The access code didn’t work at first but we were able to contact someone who figured it out for us. A discount was available at the spa and as a guest could access the facility throughout the day. We enjoyed two visits. We also enjoyed the walk around the game preserve located nearby with our grandkids. Lots of babies this time of year. . We will keep this place in mind if ...
