«Upon arrival A/C was not working. during our stay did not get resolved. Had to open windows and balcony door to get a small breeze, however in the path of Airport therefore it was a bit noisey. Notices signs on certain units that Hot water was not available. Luckily our unit not a problem. Located in a great area but not sure if I would stay there again.»

«This is a great alternative for a decent stay in an extremely expensive city. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, and not in the city centre, but with Public transport (bus 38) you are in the heart of SF in no time. Uber is also a great alternative if you want to go to more specific Places. For longer excursions take a rental car. Howard has a good system for information about the necessities in the neighbourhood, and is a great host. Thank you for Your Hospitality Howard.»

«There was everything there but wash rags for taking a shower. But besides that they had almost everything there. It was comfortable and nice to go somewhere besides a hotel room. We didn't use the washer and dryer cause we never really looked for where to plug the one in at. Or we would have washed everything before we left. We put some dish soap in there fir the next person.
