«Renovated in 2019 the hotel and the rooms where great. Free laundry was a plus and free, good coffee/cookies every morning. Easy walking to all sightseeing places in San Francisco.
Nice playground for the kids and very friendly people working at the hotel. »

At no point were there any mention that the pool was closed, so we figured it out the hard way.
Also, the carpet in the room were filthy. We tried to keep the kitchen and bathroom area a clean zone and then wear shoes whenever walking on the carpet.
Apart from the above mentioned it was alright. Quiet and felt safe.»
