«Check in process was easy, unfortunately unless you’re planning on bathing in the pool outside it’s not a comfortable stay. The water in the home only stays hot for about 3 minutes until it goes cold. Informed the owner and was told “thanks for the info please monitor it”. Most of my family chose not to shower while we were there. Couldn’t even finish washing the dishes before the water got cold. And the pictures are not updated for what the home currently looks like. »

«I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city.
