«This small residence has easy access to central SB. It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. «Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property.»
