«This place was so cute! Loved the character of the place, loved having a full kitchen to cook meals, and loved that the place was dog friendly- with the private patio. The service from the property manager was top notch- incredibly kind and responsive. One thing I wish I would have known was that while it is very close to things, if you want to walk it involves a bike lane along a two lane highway that runs parallel to the freeway. I didn't feel that safe walking along that highway, so in ...

«Lance was an excellent host with great communication from beginning to end. The house was clean, inviting, and well kept. The outdoor area was very quaint and useable. The front stairs are steep and the driveway is gravel so something to keep in mind for those that that might find this challenging. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend renting this property.»

«Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach ...

The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation! «This house was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a block from a great nature preserve to go on daily walks while gazing off at the ocean or through the trees. Very dog friendly area. It was stocked with everything we needed from the second we walked in. «The home was beautiful and well maintained, full of amenities and everything you’d need on your stay. Unfortunately though, it is not suited as a landing base for a family trip. We used this beautiful space to get ready for our wedding as my husband and I have large immediate families and lots of moving parts but it’s best to spend the extra money and use a hotel where you have more flexibility with strict host rules even though you’d compromise on space. On our wedding night, some guests used ...
