«Our stay was disappointing, primarily because of the lack of communication regarding an important advertised amenity and the lack of basic supplies during our stay.
One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it advertised a rooftop pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for construction during our entire stay. We completely understand that building construction may be outside of the host’s control, but the issue was that we were not notified about the closure before our stay. ...

«Very nice little apartment in a quiet residential area close to the more touristy Calle Ocho. Very comfy bed and good choice of TV channels. Loved the little pool and spa.
Not much on the downside, but the AC was noisy and there are quite a lot of codes to keep track of (entrance gate, main door, apartment door …). Neighborhood is a little so-so, but did not feel unsafe. »
