«A nice lovely presented room»

«Linen sheets didn’t feel or look clean, black cotton from towels went everywhere on floor, room 3 smelt dusty. The advert shows front cottage but this was not a true reflection of our booking. Priority is our hygiene and room is dust free»

«Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything»

Great place to take your dog. A little walk took us to some friendly Camels. Nice Spa bath for relaxtion. Nice breakfast ingredients were provided. Bernie was a friendly host. Late check out was lovely.»

«Beautiful property, comfy room, delicious breakfast»
