«Clean, comfortable, quiet countryside retreat. Loved the cows welcoming committee and the horses over the fence. Beautiful atmospheric lighting in bathroom and outdoor area. Well equipped kitchen and terrific indoor fire for cooler nights. Lots of extra touches like a pizza in the freezer when we didn’t want to venture out in the wet for dinner! Great wifi, smart TV, DVD player, excellent communication with hostess. Short drive in to Montville. Loved everything about our rustic getaway!»

«We had a beautiful stay here at the lodge. It's clean and nicely decorated. It's location is stunning and peaceful. Lots of wild life and the lake is a minute walk away. Bring your mozzie spray though! The kayaks were a fun activity.We were only here for a weekend but we would have loved to stay longer!
