The studio is on the 3rd floor of a residential building (with an elevator), located in a very quiet and safe area of Kolonaki, a stone's throw away from the footpath to Lycabettus hilltop.

GUEST ACCESS:
• You will have access to the entire flat, except for the upper kitchen cabinets where we store supplies used by our professional cleaners.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:
• The unit is located at a relatively high elevation (due to Lycabettus hill) - walking up to the unit from "Evangelismos" metro station means you will have to either climb up many steps (if you choose to follow Marasli str.) or walk up an inclined road (Aristodimou str.).
• For more information on the exact location, please check the map before making a booking.
• Due to the relatively high elevation, water pressure in the shower might be lower than usual.
• For every booking, one of the guests must be an adult (age 18+).
• Private transfer from/to the Airport, Port or the intercity bus station (extra fee applies)
