The apartment is 50.75 m² on a single level and features a sleeping area with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing simple meals. The living area is air-conditioned and includes a TV with Netflix, while large openings lead to a private balcony that brings in natural light. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and access is via stairs, which may be inconvenient for guests with limited mobility. Parking is not private, and street parking in the area can be limited, especially in the evenings.

The property sits near the base of Filopappou Hill, an ideal spot for walks and sunset views, while major sights such as the Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, and Plaka are around 2 km away. Everyday needs are easily covered with supermarkets like AB Vassilopoulos nearby, and dining options include traditional tavernas such as Oikonomou and local cafés scattered throughout Petralona. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00; if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in many areas of Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
