Very bad check-in experience!!!
We arrived the hotel early in the morning and there were 2 receptionists back their counters in the reception. We went automatically to the nearest counter to check in. The receptionist from the other counter called "Abood" came to our counter and began to put his nose in our check-in process. He began to say the opposite what the first receptionist said. He showed himself that he knew better than the first receptionist. He tired to make difficulties for our check-in process. This situastion made me react to his abnormal behavior. I began to talk to him directly and asked why he was doing so. He said he had private family problems that negatively affected him at work. Thats is why he is putting his nose in others' cases and trying to make difficulties for the hotels' guests. I recommend him that if he has private family problems he must take a temporary free period from his work so that it does not adversely affect him at work and the hotels' reputation.
