«There’s a reason why my husband and I have travelled to this resort three times! Secrets Akumal checks off all of our boxes in terms of service, location, food, and amenities.
The staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive, and our room was always spotless with turn down service at night!
Snorkelling is also big on our list and we have seen everything from sting rays, turtles, barracudas and many different kinds of reef fish.

«Overall, we had a great anniversary stay at TRS Yucatan and really enjoyed the adults-only atmosphere, which felt more peaceful, cleaner, more luxurious, and better maintained than the connected resorts. Check-in was welcoming with drinks and champagne, though the SPC Upgrade package did not seem worth the extra cost for us. Our room in Villa 63 was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our butlers Jessica, Jose, and Patricia were friendly and helpful throughout the trip.

«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.

«The staff was absolutely amazing. They were one of my favourite parts of the trip. The entertainment was great! I had the best French toast and pizza here! The property was full of beautiful flowers and plants everywhere! Lots of wildlife we seen iguanas, small lizards, coatis and raccoons which was very exciting for me!
