«Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. «The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. «First impression was not so good as the lobby looked dated. For me, that was a bad sign because I had a feeling the rooms looked dated as well.
