«An excellent experience. This resort goes above and beyond expectations of service, location, and amenities with excellent dining options including, Ala cart, amazing buffets, alfresco and room service. The entertainment was top notch. The pools, water sports and all inclusive activities were varied and plentiful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of jungle walking paths and secluded hideouts. We loved it.»

«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close. «Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.»

«My family, including our children ages 5 and 8, all enjoyed this resort so much!! The facilities were clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. The family selection upgrade is a must. The swim out pool was a very nice additional feature. The property is large but was easy to get around. The kids club allowed us adults to escape away for a bit and enjoy the adults only infinity pool. The kid club felt very safe and well organized! «We had an excellent stay here. The room was great, comfortable bed and kept immaculately clean by the staff. Pools were large and spacious, clean as well. The restaurants were wonderful - highly recommend the hibachi and the mexican restaurant, but should note that usually only 1 or 2 is open each night, at least during the season we were there.
