«The property needs some care. The yard had trash on the ground. Inside walls and cabinets needed paint.»

«Billy was a great host. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful. Billy's is definitely a hidden gem.»

«Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. »

«Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.»

«Stayed for a business trip. Everything was great. »
