«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. «This was our first time at a non-all inclusive. Tips are what gets the great service so 15% is the floor even if you are doing the included breakfast. «This was a hotel, it was a motel. The second night there the main light stopped working and there are many bugs and big roaches in the room. I wouldn’t recommend this motel. Staff was unwelcoming and rude. And the transportation was terrible with only driver that was lazy and slow. This is somewhere the you should stay if you want the best experience in Turks. «Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!»
