«Great location, cozy beach house with private beach and pool at the breezy, nice side of Providenciales. Friendly host, nice and fresh indoor facilities, yet with a potential to upgrade the outdoor area making sure all equipment are proper and usable, such as sun beds, grill, kayaks, SUPs and pool toys. «My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.
This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and ...

«The small cottage had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We Love the privacy that it gave us from the main villa. Communication with Katherine is one of the best that I have encountered. I also rented a car from her which was very convenient. I highly recommend this home! »

«We had a wonderful stay. The amenities are modern with a beautiful pool, and the landscaping gave us as much privacy as we wanted. The hosts treated us like family and were very accommodating. They had bicycles and beach chairs available for us to use. The location has a close proximity to several resteraunts and the beach which makes for an easy bicycle ride or walk to the mainstay of Grace Bay and what it has to offer. We will definitely be back.»
