«This was the most enjoyable holiday family vacation! The cottage was so clean and there was ample space for all to be together, yet have our own space. The view was absolutely amazing and being 5 steps away from the beach was my kids’ age 9 and 10 years old most favorite part! It was so close they could build sandcastles while we were cooking in the kitchen. Ben and Wesley were incredible hosts! They were there whenever we needed anything at all. We would definitely stay again! »

«My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and ...

«A nice small place in a great location. Very close to shops and restaurants and beaches. We biked a few times to the beach. AC was very helpful. Small kitchen was enough to do the job. No one bothered us. Goats next door were fine. Owners were very nice. They right next door but it doesn’t feel too near. Never ran out of hot water. »
