«You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant ...

«The bed’s too tall. I’m 5’3” and had a hard time getting in it. Had the same problem in St. Croix. I don’t know why they gotta make these beds so high. Love, love, love the floating, circular rafts out in the water at the beach. Most of the staff was great, especially Larry who probably was maintenance and Aleaha at the front desk. The guy who puts the chairs away on the beach at night, grabbed the table with my drink in it, and completely ignored me when I said hey, what happened to my drink? ...

«Our lodging expectations were exceeded. Spacious, clean suite with ocean and pool views. Kitchen with all necessary appliances and as a bonus there was a washer and dryer in suite. All staff members courteous and attentive and provided excellent information regarding off site activities. Resort was very quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Yes we can be repeat guests at the West Bay Club»

«The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.»

«Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!»

«Other than the shower not staying hot for longer than 5 minutes, and AC not getting cool enough, it was fantastic. Hemingways was good and nice to have multiple pools right on the property!»

«Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms holds all amenities needed. EG: (in room safe, Fridge, microwave, etc. Restaurant on site has a great menu and restaurant staff engaging and helpful. Overall great customer service. »

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!»
