«My husband and I stayed here for a week celebrating our 30th Anniversary. It was a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view of Grace Bay. We were able to purchase a few groceries at the market and the room had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast everyday to enjoy out on our deck. There was also a cooler bag in the room which we used to pack our snacks for the day as we explored the island. The view on the deck was spectacular! «New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are ...

«Fantastic 6 days at Point Grace! Private, Comfortable and spacious suites well equipped. Friendly staff. Lush grounds and Endless clean, safe beaches where you could walk for miles. «We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath oceanfront suite. It was super clean, spacious and well kept! The furnishings were gorgeous! The beach wasn’t crowded and very clean. The cabana bar had great food and drinks. The grounds of the property were gorgeous and well maintained. Just don’t expect any early check ins. Which was ok with us after seeing the pride they take in cleaning the rooms. Very clean property someone is always sweeping or mopping!! This has been our favorite resort we’ve ever been too!»

«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. «Our experience at the Windsong was excellent. Our vacation goal was to relax in the sand, play in the ocean, & sun by the pool. Windsong gave us everything. The room was top value for TCI. «This was our favorite hotel that we've ever stayed at! It was PERFECT but the highlights were the 30 second walk to the beach, screened in deck, washer & dryer (!!!), friendly staff, and the sweetest little cats who we fed during our stay. «It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean and comfortable and right next to the beach. The pool is a bit odd being in the middle of a dining area. As a result, we didn't see it getting any use. The restaurant on site serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable and the food good, especially on BBQ night, 3 times a week. «"Best buy" in turks and Caicos. Compared to what other hotels can offer this is a nice hotel where you get what you pay for and not for the stuff you anyways won't use. Short way to the beautifull beach, next door to the biggest Gourmet Supermarked on the island. Allways friendly and helpfull employes.»
