«Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows. ...

«We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. »

«The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. »

«Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and ...

«The staff especially Suzanne offers an excellent warming welcome. The place is clean . Just be aware that the hotel is 5min drive to the beach . However, the hotel offers drop off and pick up from the beach . The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools. »

«Hotel Indigo was a great home base for a first timer to Turks! Every meal at the restaurant was fabulous. You could tell that they were still training staff but for just opening weeks ago, they went above our expectations. They had a private beach area with plenty of chairs and umbrellas just minutes from the hotel (either walking or through their golf cart shuttle). Don’t forget to ask the front desk for complimentary snorkel gear to explore everything the beach has to offer. I can’t wait to ...

«Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. »
