«Beautiful resort, enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made my stay pleasant. The beach was amazing, beach chairs were clean and set up everyday perfectly with umbrellas. Improvement can be made on the gym. The fitness center was disappointing. They do give you access to there sister resort to use the gym which is a much better facility. Would be nice to have a fitness center here at the Alexandra as good as its sister resort. All in all I would stay here again.»

«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. «Food was amazing especially breakfast. I loved the Terrace for lunch. The Deck was good also but I found that Terrace had better jerk wings in my opinion. Both were fall off the bone. Beware of ordering food on the beach as it is a windy island. I loved how cool I felt despite the warm weather and how beautiful the beach was. They also offer taxi service. Service was beyond my expectation. I can't wait to return.»
