«You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. «I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!»

«My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. «Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. «Rooms are clean. Bathroom smell. Pool had bugs and not clean. Then again most guest at beach and not using the swimming pool. Daniel was helpful and kind and gave us golf cart rides to the beach. Beach is 15 minute walk so it was nice to have golf cart. Water provided day one only — water should have been provided daily and refilled by housekeeping every day when they cleaned the room.»

«We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. «Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. «Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort.
