Have never been happier to get home from a trip. Staff inattentive and not helpful at all. Room was dirty and full of mosquitos. Dining options super limited and mediocre at best. Restaurants have limited hours and routinely waited at least 30 minutes (usually closer to an hour) to get a table. Have never experienced such slow service at every single meal. One lunch that sticks out- waited 45 min for a table, another 30 minutes to order, and another 45 minutes for the food to arrive (a salad and tacos) that I saw had been ready and sitting ready to be served for 30 minutes. And after all of that, there was a missing dish from my order. Staff just standing around chatting. Another meal was sat in direct sun and hostess just walked away before I could ask for a seat in the shade. Had already been to the buffet and sat for awhile and no one ever came to offer water or ask for drinks. Property was jam packed and spent most of my time trying to find somewhere to sit by the pool or ocean, but all the families and kids claim all the chairs by (no joke) 7 am so the whole pool deck is chairs covered with towels by people who may or may not show up. Property super run down and amenities seem like the originals from the late 90s early 00s. Cannot believe how poor quality every last thing was for the price- complete waste of my vacation time and money. Would have left after the first night but couldn’t get a different flight out.
