The room was extremely small — so much so that if you have large luggage, it’s almost impossible to open it comfortably inside the room. Because of this, I don’t think the hotel is very suitable for overseas travellers.
In addition, the staff’s English was quite limited. This wasn’t a major issue on its own, but unfortunately we didn’t feel they were particularly welcoming or friendly towards non-Japanese guests.
Although the price was very reasonable, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to international travellers or families.
部屋は非常に狭く、大きなスーツケースがある場合、室内で快適に広げるのはほぼ不可能でした。そのため、海外からの旅行者にはあまり適していないホテルだと感じました。
また、スタッフの英語対応はあまり十分ではありませんでした。これ自体は大きな問題ではありませんが、残念ながら外国人宿泊客に対して特に歓迎されている、または親切に対応されているとは感じられませんでした。
例えば、2月22日にチェックアウト方法について質問した際、当日の担当スタッフは口頭での説明はなく、案内表示を指さすだけでした。その後、日本人のお客様には笑顔で対応している様子が見られ、少し残念に感じました。
料金は比較的リーズナブルではありますが、海外からの旅行者やご家族にはあまりおすすめできません。
