« The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in ...

«Two bedroom apartment at the centrally located Base. Location is excellent. View from balcony good. Lack of communication prior to check in unacceptable. Had to chase through hotels.com. Condo is clean but needs full upgrade. No TV in either bedroom. No iron. No furniture on the small balcony. Curtain in main bedroom only a partial blind. «Excellent place to stay in Chiang Mai. We stayed in 2 bedroom condo. Only thing is that they don’t have a reception. So communication with the property becomes a complicated issue.»

«No complaints. I stayed in a small bedsit like apartment with kitchenette including a washing machine which comes in handy for the traveller. Many utensils are provided which made my stay more comfortable. The shower is excellent with toiletries provided. I had a room with a great sea view on the 16th floor. «Excellent stay in a very large condo, well equipped kitchen, ate in most days bought food at local supermarkets we walked to plus wonderful local evening market a couple of days for Thai supplies and food. The huge lagoon is a feature and wonderful for swimming. Very clean. Friendly security staff and cleaner helped us navigate the neighbourhood. Beach is small but attractive with several local and international restaurants and Sheraton is next door. »

«I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. Highly recommended place »
