«The property did not have our reservation from Expedia and when provided informed us they were full and could not accommodate. They then did not replay or connect again for 3 days while in Tanzania without our scheduled second camp accommodations we paid over $1200 for. Very disappointed in this camp and Expedia. We had a great safari over all and ended up bailing on the northern Serengeti and getting a hotel in Arusha after a few days in the bush. »
