Set on the top floor of The Peninsula with stair access only, this bright and breezy apartment captures natural light and cooling coastal airflow throughout the day. The living room is spacious and welcoming, complete with a Smart TV and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Large sliding doors connect seamlessly to the expansive private terrace, creating an effortless flow between inside and out. From the lounge, you can enjoy open scenic views, while the terrace provides generous space for lounging, morning coffee, or sunset drinks after a day at the beach.

The contemporary kitchen sits adjacent to the dining space, thoughtfully laid out with modern appliances and ample storage, making meal preparation easy and practical.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, mirrored wardrobes, carpeted floors, and a ceiling fan. It includes a private ensuite with a bath and shower combination, as well as direct access to the balcony, allowing fresh air and light to filter in. The second bedroom features a bunk bed configuration, with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. It also includes mirrored wardrobes, a tower fan, and its own access to the balcony. A tidy main bathroom is equipped with an enclosed shower to wash away the sand.
