Set on level one of a brand new building, the studio is compact yet thoughtfully laid out to maximise space and functionality. It features a comfortable queen bed, bedside tables, a fold-out couch, a dedicated work desk, and a generous wardrobe with ample storage. Relax with a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a portable fan for added comfort.

During Your Stay
- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay, parties, events, commercial activities and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

A Few Housekeeping Notes
- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
