Nice, clean and fairly spacious room with comfortable bed. Parking in the basement (albeit with a limited number of rather tight spaces and very tight access ramps) was very convenient.
My only complaint (reflected in the ratings) is that wifi was so unstable that is was effectively useless. When I pointed this out to the reception manager at check-out, he suggested using the "members logon" instead. When I said I'm not a member, he simply said it's one of the membership perks. I find that totally unacceptable. Providing higher internet speeds for members or asking non-members to login every time they return to the room would be acceptable, but considering a basic, stable internet connection a membership perk is not. So if wifi is a priority, make sure you're a member or find another hotel.
