The space
This unit is situated on the top floor of the building, accessible via 3 flights of stairs (approximately 47 steps in total).

Our unit is a comfortable and well-equipped space designed for a relaxing stay. It features all basic amenities; a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living area features a comfy lounge and smart TV. Towels and bedlinen are also provided. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with all the basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, sugar) and essentials (soap, tea towels, sponge) for your convenience. And Coles is also a very short walk away!

Guest access: Guests have full access to the entire unit. Onsite parking is available in the carport at the rear of the property for your convenience - on street parking can be very challenging to find near the unit.

The shared laundry space is located on level one of the building and is available for use from 7am to 10pm. The cost for laundry is $3, payable with $1 coins only. Clear instructions for use are displayed in the laundry area to ensure a smooth and easy process.
