«Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.»

«The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed ...

«A estrutura do hotel é nova, moderna e excelente. Mas falta cuidado no atendimento. O hotel optou por contratar funcionários muito jovens, provavelmente sem experiência e sem treinamento adequado. As comidas dos restaurante noturnos são muito boas. Já a comida oferecida durante o dia não tem a mesma qualidade. A beleza do hotel merecia um atendimento melhor.»

«Stayed 10 days. Overall friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are clean, but took all day before they cleaned them and they would enter the room after a short knock.
Great activities for everyone. Food quality was decent - some restaurants had a long wait. Overall very happy with the stay and great value for money!»
