«A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. You had to check daily what restaurant that would be open and men have to wear long pants and long sleeves shirts to eat there. This ia fine but we feelt that at the restaurants everything went a bit to fast. It was kind of in and out in 20 minutes since all the food is pre prepared. So we only eat there twice. The ...

«I absolutely loved Excellence El Carmen. It is a large, beautifully manicured property. It has many pools, bars and restaurants. It also has a different live entertainment every night of the week. Food is also very good. Especially loved room service breakfast, Aroma coffee and desert place and dinners at French, Mexican and Indian restaurants. Staff is also very nice and polite. This place is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing and restful ambiance. Highly recommend!»

«Om du vil på en ferie med alt inkludert og fine områder så er dette et bra hotel. Dersom din forventning er et 5 stjerners hotel så vil du bli skuffet. Maten er katastrofe. Strendene i Punta Cana lider av sjøgress og uklart vann på denne tiden av året. En bra turistmaskin med noe glimt av luksus for den uerfarene. Reis et annet sted.»

«The staff was incredible. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty. Our butler Oscar was incredibly attentive and pool bartender Edwin made us laugh & feel very special. Activities director Ninja always brought the smiles. The poolside grill cook (we didn't get his name) was not only an excellent cook but took care of us in many ways. We had a spectacular vacation and definitely plain on returning!»

«We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! »
