«Serenade is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The shower windows and some fixtures (sink handles, lamp buttons, hot tub) showed rust and needed better upkeep.
I booked a hot tub room, but the water didn’t get hot, the jets didn’t work, and there was black residue coming through. I also saw a live roach on my table at the buffet. Staff did move my room after I reported it, which I appreciated.

«Was a last minute choosing so I didn’t get to look into the hotel too much but wish it would advertise as a closed area. It is pretty much an all inclusive and I am not a fan of those. It was a great stay but would not have chosen if I knew it was as isolated as it is»

«The property is beautiful. I would recommend springing for the xhale club. Our host, Alexander was extremely helpful and fulfilled any requests within minutes. If you are able to go to Sofrito on a night when they are serving the Dominican menu, it was delicious.
