«Upon entering Maison 79 we immediately felt at home. The spacious house had plenty of room for us to spread out and was furnished in a way that felt comfortable and cozy. The setting was very quiet and secluded, yet still close to town. And the host was very gracious and quick to respond to questions. «Check-in process was seamless, and very accommodating and friendly. I was uncertain where to stay during our Rodney Bay stint (also stayed down south during our trip) and ended up very happy with The Harbour's location. «We had a phenomenal stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, had AC units in every room, close to town, great pool and views. Felt safe for our group of women and was nice to know Claudette the house manager was close by. The hill to the house is intimidating at first but we got use to it really quick. We didn't really use the kitchen but noticed it was stocked well. Also appreciated the welcome gift with snacks! Perfect after a long day of travel.»

«The house is quite big with a lovely view of the water inlet. The house is well kitted out with everything you need to do your cooking. Round the corner and down the road there is a big supermarket and some pretty good restaurants. The lady who manages the house was very helpful and friendly. I can truly recommend this property.»

«The views of the Pitons and Soufrière are gorgeous from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. We enjoyed the open concept house. While important areas are private, it gives an inviting place to spend time with friends or family or lounge in the open area and take in the views. It’s a little tricky to get there due to the nature of the roads. We had a little problem with a standard SUV but a 4x4 should have no problem. "We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all. The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests. In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
