«We really enjoyed our stay at Bocean Villa! Marcus was an awesome host! He picked us up from the airport in our rental car, drove us to the grocery store and then to the house - what service! He was available for all questions and needs throughout our stay. St. Lucia is a beautiful island with wonderful and kind residents! «This is an excellent place to stay for a group of golfers who are playing Cabot St. Lucia Golf Club. We only stayed 2 nights and played golf all day. The Villa is about 150 feet from the entrance to the club. We walked to the course and were picked up in a golf cart. The Villa pool is terrific and the assistance from our concierge (Ms. Sam Love) was first rate. «C'est l'un des meilleurs endroits où se loger à Reduit Beach. Le logement, un appartement est bien équipé mais pas de première jeunesse. La climatisation fonctionne très bien et la literie est très bonne.Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce logement pour deux nuits. Il y a une piscine à partager avec les autres occupants. «We stayed for 18 days. The place is super clean, breath taking views, kitchen has it all. The owners took extra care to contribute to the Christmas and New Year spirit. The place is great for couples, additional one child (like in our case) can also be easily accommodated (but not two). "We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all. The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests. In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
