«This is an excellent place to stay for a group of golfers who are playing Cabot St. Lucia Golf Club. We only stayed 2 nights and played golf all day. The Villa is about 150 feet from the entrance to the club. We walked to the course and were picked up in a golf cart. The Villa pool is terrific and the assistance from our concierge (Ms. Sam Love) was first rate. «Excellent host, always willing to help. House was clean will good amenities. He himself helped secure a rental car which was delivered at home. Once we were stuck in Jannette point (off road). I called him, he mentioned to put the car on all wheel drive and also said he is on his way to help. «Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. «Wonderful property and a great host. «We enjoyed the neighborhood location and the accommodations were good. Our hosts, Roger and Alicia, were on site. They made us feel welcome and were responsive to our needs. Especially valuable were the team of Alicia and driver, Caleb, helping us plan activities and dining, including getting us there and having reservations. «You couldn't find a more convenient place to be. Directly across from the entrance to Reduit Beach, Spinnakers beach bar, and reasonably priced Yacht Club, a few blocks from Scuba Steve's Diving, and walking distance to the mall, supermarket, bars and restaurants. "We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all. The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests. In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
