«This resort was very nice. The staff were amazing!! The food was mediocre but better than most all inclusive resorts. The night time entertainment was fun but didn’t last long. Pools were beautiful and the beach was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this to resort. »

«The hotel environment was peaceful and relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. And the views were simply amazing. Everything was clean, the food was great along with the service. I loved the open air concept that allows you to connect with nature. Plus the location is near all the things I wanted to do. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. I even purchased a velvetiser when I came back home because I enjoyed the hot chocolate so much.»

«We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10»

«Flott sted å nyte sol, varme, vann, strand og flotte omgivelser. Stedet ligger på andre siden av bukta for bilveien. Man trenger derfor den lille gratisferja for å komme over, men til gjengjeld er det bilfritt og rolig. Det er flere restauranter i nærheten og en liten matbutikk. Ellers ikke så mye så hvis man vil komme seg rundt eller ønsker å oppleve andre ting ved denne flotte øya bør man leie bil.»

That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all. The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests. In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
