«Overall our experience was excellent, although we did have to ease into it. When we arrived there was a big party leaving and so our arrival was almost unacknowledged and we were also slightly disappointed to learn that due to 100% occupancy not all of our restaurant choices were possible for dinner during our stay. «The only issue was the food was sub par in all but 2 restaurants. Soy had amazing staff and Sushi, the Italian restaurant was fantastic. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff all over the resort. The bartenders were lackluster compared to Beaches Turks and Caicos. The rest of the staff omg the greatest. They made us feel at home and part of their family.»
