«Staff at La Toc were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Sandals is definitely geared toward a younger generation but was not bad all around. There are some additional “hidden fees” but nothing too crazy. If you get car sick, take dramamine for the ride from airport, roads are narrow and very curvy.»

"We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and overall had a mostly good experience. The highlight was definitely the beach.. calm waters, crystal clear and perfect for relaxing. That said, there are a few things that need improvement. The food was more or less the same across all the restaurants, which got a bit repetitive over time. Housekeeping came at very inconsistent times each day, and one day they didn’t show up at all. The biggest issue, however, was the service. It often took more than 15 minutes just to get water, and a few times we waited up to an hour for our meals. There were also several occasions where staff seemed to mix up or forget our reservations or requests. In summary: beautiful location and nice setting, but the service level definitely needs to be raised to match expectations."
