«This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. »

«Communication with management was good. Check-in is at 4pm we got there at 4:30pm we found housekeeping still cleaning the house. She seemed annoyed her response was, “they told me you wouldn’t get here until 9 PM, I’m almost done I just need to do the backyard.” I’m sorry just like they expect us to checkout at 11am the house should be clean and ready to go at 4pm regardless of when the tenant will get there. One big problem with me was the smell of smoking (IT WAS NOT CIGARETTES). The smell ...
