«good location, rooftop jacuzzi is great, room was not ready upon check in and expect to pay a security deposit. All staff members (except one) were great.»

«Great stay overall! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, making it easy to explore London. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. The breakfast room was quite small and felt crowded, and the selection was rather limited and not very exciting. The hotel was also quite expensive. If it had been more reasonably priced, we would definitely stay here ...
