After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. The lodging is on a very busy street in Elgin. The room itself was very nice and clean, so for a solo traveler, or perhaps anyone younger than us, this may have been the perfect stay. It had ...

«It was a really quirky, fun and unique property, and communicating with the host was great. The bed was comfortable, but missing the top sheet. The electrical is weird; the clothes dryer kicked out frequently. Largest complaint with this rental was cleanliness, which was subpar.»
