«Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. «Overall great location. Close to the beach. Enough room and amenities. Pool was great. The sofa in the living room needs to be replaced asap. Too many stains and long time wear. Luckily there were throws we could cover up to stretch out comfortably. There is only one tv in the living room. Walls need to washed down or due for a painting overall. Washer did not spin the clothes out and was full of dog hair, I did contact the host and they offered to come fix it right away.
