Tiny Home on the Boardwalk | Walk to the Beach
- Escape to the Beach Boardwalk Bungalow, a one of a kind container home on Okaloosa Island. Follow the boardwalk to the beach in just 3 minutes, then return to a cozy queen bed, modern comforts, and a private rooftop deck with island views. Stewby’s Seafood and Santa Rosa Sound are only a short walk away, making this tiny retreat perfect for couples, solo travelers, and unforgettable beach getaways.
- Chapter One: You Leave Your Shoes at the Door
The moment you arrive, something changes.
The beach is close enough that you can hear it calling, the boardwalk stretches just beyond your deck, and suddenly life slows down. There are no elevators to wait on. No crowded parking garages. No long walks carrying coolers and beach chairs.
Just grab your towel and follow the boardwalk.
Three minutes later, your feet are buried in the sugar white sand of Okaloosa Island.
Welcome to Beach Boardwalk Bungalow.
- Chapter Two: Tiny Home, Big Escape
What was once a shipping container has been transformed into one of the most unique stays on the Emerald Coast.
Warm wood, bright white shiplap, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and oversized glass doors create a space that feels surprisingly open while still being wonderfully cozy.
Every detail was designed with one purpose in mind.
Helping you relax.
Sink into the plush queen memory foam bed after a day at the beach. Watch your favorite movie on the Smart TV. Open the original container doors, now repurposed as hurricane shutters, and let the coastal breeze drift inside while sunlight fills the room.
This is tiny home living done right.
- Chapter Three: Coffee Above the World
Before the beach crowds arrive, climb the spiral staircase.
Your private rooftop deck waits above.
Morning coffee tastes a little different from up here.
Watch the sun rise over Okaloosa Island while boats begin crossing Santa Rosa Sound. Take in views of Brooks Bridge, the peaceful waterways, and the boardwalk winding toward the Gulf.
At sunset, the sky turns shades of orange, pink, and purple.
At night, the stars take over.
You may find yourself spending more time up here than anywhere else.
- Chapter Four: Beach Days Made Easy
The best vacations are the ones where you barely use your car.
Beach Access One is only a 3 minute walk down the boardwalk.
Stewby's Seafood is just 2 minutes away when you're craving fresh Gulf seafood.
Santa Rosa Sound is also a short 2 minute stroll, perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, or simply watching dolphins cruise by.
Want to explore more?
The Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, the Gulfarium, fishing charters, waterfront restaurants, and beach shops are all just minutes away.
- Chapter Five: Everything You Need
Behind the queen bed you'll find a thoughtfully designed kitchenette stocked with everything needed for an easy beach getaway.
• Compact refrigerator and freezer
• Microwave
• Toaster
